Billing
Quality content shouldn't cost a fortune. Wonderblogs offers a Free tier to get you started, a Pro plan for growing teams, and an Expert plan for agencies and multi-brand operations.
Plans
| Feature | Free | Pro ($29/mo) | Expert ($99/mo) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sites | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Blog posts per month | 1 | 20 | 50 |
| Images per month | 25 | 150 | 500 |
| AI content generation | Included | Included | Included |
| Scheduled generation | Included | Included | Included |
| Auto-publishing | Included | Included | Included |
| All AI models | Included | Included | Included |
| Priority support | Included | Included |
Every plan includes the full feature set. The difference is capacity: how many sites you can connect and how many blog posts and images you can generate each month.
Upgrading
Go to the Billing page in your dashboard and pick the plan you want. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your limits increase immediately; no waiting for the next cycle.
Managing your subscription
From the Billing page, you can open the Stripe Customer Portal to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your paid benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if a payment fails?
If your card is declined or a renewal payment fails for any reason, Stripe will automatically retry over the next few days. During that retry period, your paid features stay active. You won't lose access immediately.
If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your account moves to the Free plan. Any existing sites and content remain intact, but generation limits revert to Free tier allowances.
You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal on the Billing page. Updating your card before retries are exhausted prevents any interruption.
Plan limits
Blog post and image usage is tracked across all your sites combined. Site limits are enforced when you create a new site. When you hit a monthly limit, further actions of that type are blocked until the next billing cycle. The Billing page always shows your current usage and remaining allowances so you can plan accordingly.
What about existing sites when downgrading?
If you downgrade and already have more sites than your new plan allows, your existing sites stay active. But you won't be able to create new ones until you're within the limit (by deleting a site or upgrading again).
Pricing changes
If Wonderblogs adjusts pricing, you'll receive 30 days advance notice by email. Changes take effect in the next billing period. Your current period is never affected retroactively.
